A key benefit of the RS5 is its ability to handle high viscosity products with minimal effort, providing fast, easy and accurate dispense, a vital benefit in professional hair salons.
The locked down shippable dispenser is available in three styles of head – standard, palm and an extended version for wall-mounted containers – in a choice of colours. It is suitable for use with a wide range of closures, including 24mm and 28mm standard neck finishes, with dosing options from 1ml to 5ml.
The RS5 features a no-metal contact construction and is shower-proof to prevent water ingress during usage. It can incorporate different valve systems depending on the product, enabling it to handle a huge variety of consistencies, from free-flowing lotions to highly viscous creams.
The Airless Dispenser range offers a choice of two modern-looking container designs – slim-line or wide-bore. The slim pack is available in 50 and 100ml and the wide pack in 50, 100, 150 and 200ml sizes. Both pack sizes deliver optional doses of 0.5, 1, 1.5 or 2ml. The dispensers are available in natural, transparent and coloured combinations with a variety of decoration options, to enable them to be personalised to individual brand requirements.
The dispensers feature a pre-assembled one-piece follower piston and are designed to pump air via a unique valve system. The top filling dispensing pack ensures a simple filling operation and after dispensing, an innovative suckback feature pulls product back into the nozzle for clean and hygienic operation.
The airless dispensers are ideal for dispensing air and oxygen sensitive products and a non-metal contact construction means the dispensers are compatible with a wider range of product formulations and ingredients.
